74HP Diesel HPU 2-Winch Control Unit. • Cummins QFF2.8 Liter 74hp Tier 4-Final diesel engine with diesel oxidation catalyst that achieves a tier 4-final rating without the use of DPF aftertreatment system. • Engine Controller • Variable displacement piston pump with torque limiting control to allow maximum hydraulic horsepower and drum speed, no matter the system pressure or winch load. • System operates at approximately 60 gpm @1,900 rpm, with a maximum of 2,500 psi for H25 and H50 winches, but can be customized to other flows and pressures • Directional control, hand lever operated. o Not: optional remote-control feature available which offers proportional winch control from a distance of up to 1,000 ft and will also retain the ability to control the winches at the HPU. • 140-gallon hydraulic reservoir with sight level/temp gauge and filler/breather. In-tank return line filter with visual clogging indicator • 40-gallon aluminum fuel tank • Custom framework access doors use stainless steel greaseable pins to prevent hinge corrosion. The doors are constructed with edge brakes and welded seams to provide a stiff rattle-free unit. • Airflow panels are louvered to help keep water out, and the panels are removable. • Winches can be mounted to the HPU or remotely.
